Raspberry Peach Crumble Vegan

Today I thought I would share this amazing raspberry peach crumble recipe with you guys! Over the past year I have been obsessed with making this crumble recipe, in all different kinds of variations. That’s what I love about it: there are so many different fruit combinations you can use, so you can use fruits that are in season to get the best taste!

Here are some combinations I have made so far and that I loved:

1. Apples and Peaches

2. Apples and Plums

3. Apples and Blackberries

4. Peaches, Blackberries, and Raspberries

5. Apricots and Peaches

6. Peaches and Raspberries (duh!)

I have made this non vegan before, but since I’ve been trying to eat a little more plant-based I made this vegan version! It’s so easy to make with just the right amount of sweetness. If you plan on peeling the peaches, I would suggest putting them in hot water for about 30 seconds. The skin should come right off! I do like mine with the skin on though, you don’t really notice a difference.

Vegan Raspberry Peach Crumble

  • 6-8 peaches (depending on the size), chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100g vegan butter (I used the Alsan brand), chilled, and cut into cubes
  • 125g sugar (I like to use a mix of white and brown sugar for more flavor!)
  1. Preheat your oven to 170C
  2. Combine peaches, raspberries, and cinnamon in an 8 or 9-inch baking dish
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then add the vegan butter and rub it into the flour mixture to make crumbs
  4. Add the sugar and stir through
  5. Sprinkle crumble over the fruits, making sure it’s evenly spread
  6. Bake for around 45 minutes, until the fruit is soft and the crumble is nice and gold

I like to eat this still a little warm, sometimes straight out of the pan! I works really well with some ice cream on top as well.

This dessert is great to make ahead as well! Bake it in the afternoon and pop it in the oven for just a few minutes before serving.
